Description

Dunnage bags 3D - 70x90x165cm

These 3D dunnage airbags were specially developed to fill empty spaces between loading units up to 800 mm. The three-dimensional shape ensures sufficient security during transport. They are equipped with a reusable smart valve and made of sturdy woven polypropylene, primarily used for truck and container transport.

Our 3D dunnage bags are equipped with a "fast flow inflation system"; you can quickly fill them up with one of our filling guns!

Dimensions (inflated): 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (length) x 165 cm (height).

How to use dunnage bags?

Open the cap of the dunnage bag and place it between the cargo. Note: stay at least 15 cm above the loading floor to prevent friction. Also, ensure that the dunnage bag does not sit higher than the cargo.
Connect your air gun to the valve and fill it according to the indicated pressure. Tighten the valve.
Ready for transport!

Reusing dunnage bags:

Deflate the dunnage bag after use.
Fold the dunnage bag, close the valve.
