This is a high-quality "Premium" stainless steel ratchet tensioner. It has a breaking strength of 2.6 tons and a lashing capacity of 1,300 daN. Weatherproof. Usually, when a ratchet tensioner is used outdoors for a long time, oxidation can cause the mechanism to jam. However, this tensioner is rustproof. Use this stainless-steel ratchet tensioner and combine it with 50mm Metaltis tie-down straps. Metaltis makes your straps in the size and color you want. This ratchet tensioner is made of 400°C heat-resistant stainless steel. This steel is also known as "18/8 stainless steel" (an alloy of 18% chromium and 8% nickel). The Metaltis stainless-steel tensioner is widely used for agriculture (e.g., silos), brick companies and for all materials that are stored outdoors for a long time. This product is also suitable for the chemical industry.
