Ergo ratchet - 5,000 kg - 50 mm

This ergo ratchet with a breaking strength of 5,000 kg is used by pulling down the handles rather than pushing up like on standard ratchet straps. This system facilitates power transmission. A ratchet tensioner is perfect for securing heavy loads with minimal effort. Unlike standard tensioners, the ergonomic tensioner has an additional strap holder.

Warning: if you are using an ergo tensioner, the strap must always be placed BELOW the strap holder.

Also available as Eco version (the only difference: no bolt).

Silver zinc plated steel (also called galvanized steel) gives the ratchet a “white-silvery” finish resembling stainless steel. Galvanized steel is more environment-friendly than standard steel.

FYI: Silver zinc plated steel is the alternative to “yellow zinc plated” steel, which contains toxic chromium trioxide (chromium (VI) oxide). Here, Cr6 + is replaced by Cr3 (Cr (III)). The European Union is gradually prohibiting the use of Cr6 + by European laws (e.g., REACH, a system for the registration, evaluation, and authorization of chemical substances in the European Union).
